Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Go Organic Life is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as duties, tariffs, and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We currently ship to P.O. boxes within Canada via Canada Post.
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at wellnessOK@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Digital Products
For digital products (eBooks, printable trackers, downloadable guides), there is no physical shipment. You will receive an email with a download link immediately after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at wellnessOK@outlook.com. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping (additional shipping fees may apply).
Holiday Shipping
During peak seasons (such as holidays), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
